Students of the master’s course engineering acoustics at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida regularly visit the laboratory rooms of the Gesellschaft für Akustikforschung Dresden mbH to have acoustic measuring systems demonstrated up close.
This time it was about special in-situ measurement technology to determine the sound-reflecting, sound-absorbing and sound-diffracting properties of noise barriers and their crown elements.
