To examine the noise emission of rail vehicles during pass-by, we offer the following services:
- determination of the A-weighted equivalent continuous sound pressure level and the exposition level according to DIN EN ISO 3095
- determination of the vibration behavior of track installations in horizontal and vertical direction
- localization of dominant noise sources by applying a microphone array (compare to Measurements with AcoustiCam®)
Additionally, to determine, to evaluate and to optimize the vibration behavior, the structure-borne sound attenuation and the radiated sound power of track installations, investigations at models of track installations can be carried out:
- numerical modeling by means of finite element method (FEM)
- acquisition by application of vibration and microphone measurement instrumentation (see also Modal Analysis)
